Can you write a scannable resume that will put all of your experience into a database? Are you a single parent in need of a job with no work experience? Is your supervisor stressful? Do you have a mentor? Do you need venture capital if you have an entrepreneurial spirit? We too were caught in mergers, layoffs, downsizings, restructures, and the other over-used euphemisms and wrote about it to help others. You may find yourself and your manager (competent or otherwise) within this book. You are a uniquely talented individual—do not diminish your talents.
